At Daily Deal Mart, customer satisfaction is our top priority.
If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, we offer a 7-day return policy on all eligible products, including Mobile Accessories, Watches, and Skincare items (excluding certain exceptions listed below).
How to Request a Return
To request a return, please follow these simple steps:

Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

Provide your order number and the reason for return.

We will review your request and share the return instructions.

Securely pack the product in its original packaging and send it back as instructed.

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, your refund or replacement will be processed within 10 business days.
Items Not Eligible for Return
Please note that the following items cannot be returned:

Products that have been used, worn, or damaged after delivery

Items missing parts, original packaging, or accessories

Products purchased during sale, discount, or promotional offers

Personal care or skincare items that have been opened or used (for hygiene reasons)
Refund Method
Since Daily Deal Mart currently operates on Cash on Delivery (COD) only, refunds will be processed as follows:

If your return is approved, we’ll issue your refund via bank transfer, Easypaisa, or JazzCash to your provided account details within 10 business days after inspection.
Damaged or Wrong Product
If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong item, please contact us immediately via WhatsApp or email with photos or a short video of the product. We’ll review your case and arrange a replacement or refund.
